submitted by Makayla R. - |Recommended: NoBeautiful property, beautiful apartments. — It’s beautiful but parking is terrible and you’ll drive around for 30 minutes before something opens, also never had anyone come fix our move in things and called multiple times. Never could get hot water to last.

submitted by Jessica N. - |Recommended: YesLoved Living a Liv — I had a really great experience living at this community. Best apartment I have ever been in. The unit is roomie, lots of storage, fairly quiet you get noise for sure but it never bothered me , clean, and great amenities. The only 3 complaints I have First...parking is ridiculous. I was only one person in my unit so it was not a problem for me personally since I had an assigned space for my one car, but WHOLLY MOLY is there a parking issue here. My guests usually had nowhere to park, they would park offsite and I would go get them. If I had a second person in my unit with a car we would not have been able to live here. Second... barking dogs. I may have just had poor luck but being a dog friendly community is great, listening to barking dogs is not. I complained more times that I can count about the dog in the unit below me 1041 . This owner had a dog door on her patio and the dog was regularly outside barking at EVERY noise and passer by. We were right by the pool so it was beyond excessive. Nothing changed until I finally got fed up enough to address the owner directly who was less than willing to listen to the complaint. I know not much can be done about it but perhaps if some buildings were dog free residents could choose to not be in proximity if their needs warranted it. Three move out rates. I was in a situation where I bought a home and closed on it 3.5 months before my lease was up. The cost to break my lease was thousands literally like 6k more to break the lease and move out than it was to just pay my lease out til the end. I get that is just the way it is, and this was clearly stated in my lease agreement, but not even a month before I was emailed by the office asking if I was willing to shorten or lengthen my lease at no charge. In fact, MULTIPLE times over the year I was there I was emailed asking if I wanted to shorten my lease. So the fact that this was offered to me when it worked for the office but not when I actually needed it, was just unfair. I could have been out of my apartment in October instead of January and they could have re-leased it easily to another tenant. This really dampered by experience overall. Other than that, I loved living here and would still be there today if I hadn't bought a home. Its like a little resort and was as nice as apartment living could be.

submitted by Joshua L. - |Recommended: YesModern, affordable, friendly, and fun. — Feels luxurious From the pool, to the hub, to the scenic views, and the comfy modern design. I feel like I’m getting everything I need for a home to be home and more. Of course nothing is perfect. Parking can be a bit tough sometimes. And noise from neighbors can be a bit too easy to hear. But LIV has always corrected any issue or has done their best to help out any time I ask. And for that, in my opinion, I put LIV above the rest.

Amazon Hub so you don't have to worry about packages being stolen. The gym has all the necessities. There's constant community events throughout the month like Pancake Breakfast, Happy Hour, Grab N Go. The apartment itself is nice. The internet set-up w Century Link Fiber is amazing and beats the usual Phoenix ISP choices. There was nothing I could think of that I really wished the apartment had in terms of amenities.

submitted by Jason W. - |Recommended: YesHigh expectations, but overall decent living experience — My family and I love the location of Liv North Valley. It's quiet, surrounded by serene desert landscape, and it's a wonderful location to come home to. The amenities are also very impressive and outdo many of the surrounding apartment complexes. We’ve also had great experiences with the management and maintenance staff. That said, we’ve been less than impressed with the parking situation. Parking spots are in low supply with high demand so it’s difficult to entertain. Additionally, the pillars for the covered parking spots are inconveniently placed and interfere with opening car doors. Noise from other neighboring apartments is also less than ideal. We can hear appliances, faint voices, and movies television shows from time-to-time. Lastly, wireless internet access can be challenging during “high demand” times as nearby units battle for bandwidth on the same frequencies. Overall, we’ve had a pretty decent experience at Liv North Valley and for the time being, the pros of the complex outweigh the cons.

I moved to Phoenix alone no family or friends in the area and being apart of a community of this nature made me feel apart of something. If you're looking for a fresh start the Liv Community is the best option to start your journey.

Parking is a problem and this is a normal growing pain that new communities experience after the building phase. Walls are thin, you are able to hear neighbors talking and walking as well some are not able to help that they walk very heavy on their feet. Suggestions Would love to see a business center for residents to use and a community board where residents who are small business owners can post information about their companies or services to share with the community. I have been pleased with the community, beautiful property and staff are really nice.
